NexysVHDL is an EMXplore project (VS Code publisher: emxplore).

NexysVHDL is licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0 (see LICENSE).

The NexysVHDL extension (.vsix) contains only NexysVHDL's own code and data;
it bundles no third-party code.

The separately versioned NexysVHDL FPGA toolchain
(nexysvhdl-toolchain-<version>-<platform>.tar.gz) redistributes unmodified
third-party programs and data (including GHDL, Apio, Yosys, nextpnr-xilinx,
openXC7, Project X-Ray, openFPGALoader and Python). These components are the
work of their respective authors; the copyright above does not cover them and
they are NOT licensed under the Apache License: each remains under its own
license, including the GNU GPL and LGPL. See THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md here, and the
